Australian Consumer Law (ACL) — Your rights

Under the ACL, consumers have guarantees for services that include due care and skill, fitness for purpose and reasonable time to supply. Below is a summary of key entitlements and our approach to refunds, repairs and cancellations.

If service is not delivered with due care and skill we will offer remedies which may include re-performance, refund or reduction in price depending on the circumstances. For cancellations by the client, deposit forfeiture or cancellation fees may apply as per the booking terms.

Floral goods are perishable. If arrangements arrive significantly damaged due to our fault, contact us immediately with photos and details. We will assess and, where appropriate, offer re-performance or refund consistent with ACL.

We will use reasonable endeavours to meet special requests but cannot guarantee availability of seasonal varieties or exact matches. Any agreed variations will be confirmed in writing.
